Execution
Stand while holding the dumbells by the sides.
With abdominals tightly pulled in, smoothly bend over while keeping chest out as much as possible (Starting Position).
Return to standing position (Finishing Position).
Tips and Safety
Never hunch over while performing this exercise.
You may bend knees slightly to reduce stress on the spine.
